The term "Essential Farming" henceforth in this document shall refer to Essential Farming company, its owners, creators, employees, or contractors.

The term "Essential Farming Application" henceforth in this document shall refer to Essential Farming software in its entirety.

The term "User" henceforth in this document shall refer to the person or entity making use of the Essential Farming application and web pages.

Policy

Essential Farming and the Essential Farming Application may use the User's anonymized data to improve the Essential Farming Application or any other Essential Farming products. This includes interactions within the Essential Farming Application as well as data directly entered by the User.

Essential Farming may use the User's email addresses, phone number, or any other contact information collected in the course of the User's use of the Essential Farming Application to communicate with the User should an event deemed critical to the function of the Essential Farming Application occur (e.g. Essential Farming Application downtime).

Essential Farming will not sell or share your data, anonymized or otherwise, with any 3rd party except where necessary to perform Essential Farming Application functionality (e.g. Essential Farming will share the User's payments data with the 3rd party service(s) that process payments for Essential Farming).
