Terms

The term "Essential Farming" in this document shall refer to Essential Farming company, its owners, creators, employees, or contractors.

The term "Essential Farming Application" in this document shall refer to Essential Farming software in its entirety.

The term "User" in this document shall refer to the person or entity making use of the Essential Farming application and web pages.

Billing

The Essential Farming Application is provided as a subscription service. By providing payment details the User is agreeing to be charged monthly (after any applicable trial period) for the specific plan the User has selected. The User may cancel your account at any time by navigating to the Administrator page and selecting the "Configuration" tab. The User's data will immediately be deleted and Essential Farming will cease to charge you a monthly fee. However, no refund for the remaining days in the currently billed month will be issued.

Trial

Essential Farming may provide the User with access to the Essential Farming Application for some period of time without requiring the user to begin Billing. This defines a Trial Period. After the Trial Period has completed Essential Farming may deny the User access to their account until normal Billing for that User has begun. In addition Essential Farming may also delete the User's account and any associated data after the Trial Period if normal Billing has not commenced.

Liability

Essential Farming assumes no liability for any operation of the Essential Farming Application or operations of the partners or 3rd party software or services with which the Essential Farming Application is integrated.
